All 5k and One- Mile Youth Race participants will receive a Liberty Run "Go Green" custom designed T-shirt as well as a eco-friendly tote filled with healthy snack foods and recyclable items to use in and out of the home. Water and sports drinks will be provided before, during, and after the race.

The 5k race is on a USTF sanctioned course and will be timed. Awards will be given to the top three times in each of the respective age divisions, both male and female.

The start of the race will begin at Fullersburg Woods Forest Preserve in Oak Brook, IL near the intersection of York Rd and Spring Rd.

Our goal for the race is to be completely 100% green, so we are asking all participants to please register online. This will eliminate much of our paper usage, which is better for the environment.
